This double wide mobile home is being sold as-is, with all furnishings included as pictured. Features include:
Master suite with newer flooring, has an attached full bath, 2 mirrored closets, plenty of room for a king size bed, coastal style bedroom set included (bed, mattress set, 2 night stands, chest of drawers, dresser with mirror).
2nd bedroom with double closet, built in storage, and full bathroom across the hall. Bath has a shower, vanity area, and storage. There is also a linen closet in the hall.
Kitchen includes a good modern Whirlpool refrigerator, French door style with freezer at the bottom. The laundry is in the kitchen area also, and washer and dryer are included. The kitchen has an older double oven, separate stove top, under counter microwave, and built in dishwasher.
Dining room has built in storage and buffet, with table and 6 chairs included as pictured. There are some dishes and silverware, cookware, etc., and other useful items in the home to help you settle in. By and large, otherwise, all cabinets and closets are empty and everything is clutter free.
Living room has newer flooring, and a comfortable sofa and TV included, along with coastal style coffee and end tables, and more.
Past the sliding doors off the living room is a sunroom with wheelchair ramp access. This is a great bonus room for hobbies, a breakfast room, etc.
On the other side of the home is a large screened lanai area with berber carpet, lots of room for family activities, plus there is a small workshop with workbench and storage.
The A/C unit is approximately 5-6 years old, and the roof is approximately 10-12 years old. This is a 1973 mobile home, and we do have the clear title(s). We have reviewed all pertinent paperwork with the estate reps, and clear title transferring at closing will not be a problem.
